1. Eligibility

FiveM Customz provides digital products and services related to the FiveM modification framework for GTA V, including but not limited to:

Installation support (where offered)
You understand that our products are digital in nature and are intended solely for FiveM use unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment & Billing
We accept payments via supported methods on our platform (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, GPay). All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or under exceptional cases such as duplicate transactions or confirmed product malfunction.

Chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent ban from FiveM Customz services and affiliated communities.

If a product you purchased is later removed, archived, or modified, you are not guaranteed future access unless otherwise included in a membership/subscription model.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only granted if:

A duplicate purchase was made in error (within 48 hours).

A digital product was never delivered due to a verified technical failure.

The product was materially misrepresented on the product page.
To request a refund, email support@fivemcustomz.com with your order ID and the reason for your request.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incompatibility with third-party assets or servers

Server bans
-
Misuse of the product
We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically or via download links post-purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your email and download access are functional at time of checkout.
If you do not receive your item, please check spam/junk folders and contact support before opening disputes.

Support for products is provided via:

Email correspondence
Support is limited to installation guidance and bug troubleshooting. We do not provide support for server-specific configurations, third-party script conflicts, or personal performance issues unless specified otherwise.
7. Server Access & Community Behavior
We reserve the right to restrict access to our community services, including Discord, support, and future downloads if you:

Leak or resell any purchased or gifted content

Violate our licensing terms

Engage in toxic behavior, harassment, or impersonation

Are associated with known leaker sites or communities
All server access is a privilege, not a right.
8. Intellectual Property
All assets, logos, website content, product designs, and branding elements are property of FiveM Customz. You agree not to copy, modify, or use any of our assets without explicit permission.
9. Warranties & Liability
All digital products are sold “as is,” without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure our products are functional, we do not guarantee compatibility with all servers or frameworks.
FiveM Customz is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Use or misuse of our products

Server downtime, crashes, or bans

Conflicts with third-party assets

Data loss, corruption, or blacklisting
You assume full responsibility for testing and integration before deploying any product on a live server.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
Material changes will be communicated via email or community channels when applicable.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
